Yesterday, I ran with the Nike Running Group at the Grove. They meet every Wednesday at 6:30. If anyone wants to join me in the future. There were a lot of nice people. I even won a t-shirt in the raffle. Not bad for my first run with them.
There's a Hip Hop Classic 5k on November 14 at the Rose Bowl. Proceeds will benefit the Union Rescue Mission. I plan on registering. I think it would be fun if our pace group ran together. Anyone interested?
Ok I love the video. However, I am pretty sure I won't look quite as rested and fresh when I cross the finish line as the man in the video.
